Goose mini burger, salad, blue cheese dip & dates chutney.
Strikið Christmas sushi roll, smoked arctic char, pickled mustard seeds, cucumber & honey cream cheese.
Christmas herring & danish rugbrød, pickled red cabbage, salad & mustard dressing.
Smoked & cured lamb, papadum, feykir cheese, rucola & timian redcurrant jam.
Reindeer tartar, dijon mustard, capers, shallot, dill, lemon & egg yolk.
Gingersnap & caramel chocolate mousse, burnt white chocolate.
Price each: 550.- kr / Price per item for an event at Strikið.
*We recommend 12 to 14 pieces for a full meal.*
